Data Deletion Request

1. Your right to deletion
You can ask EFH Consulting LLC to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, for any reason. If you are a California resident, this right is also protected by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights.
2. How to submit a request
You have three ways to request deletion:
- Email. Send a message to privacy@efhconsultinggroup.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. Include the name, email, and phone number you used when you contacted us, so we can locate your records.
- Contact form. Fill out the contact form on our homepage and mention "data deletion" in your message.
- Phone. Call (760) 558-4450 during business hours.
3. What happens next
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days of a verified request. If we cannot locate records matching the information you provide, we will contact you for clarification.
Some records must be retained by law (for example, billing and tax records). When legal obligations require retention, we will tell you which records are affected and the retention period.
4. Platform-initiated deletion requests
If you are requesting deletion through a connected third-party platform (such as Meta or Google), that platform will forward the request to our endpoint at https://portal.efhconsultinggroup.com/api/data-deletion. We will process it automatically and confirm completion on the platform's confirmation page.
5. No retaliation
We will not refuse service, charge you more, or reduce the quality of service you receive because you exercised your right to deletion.
