Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-04-14
1. Who we are
EFH Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates this website and related services. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, submit a contact form, or otherwise interact with us, and how we use and protect it. Our registered address is 2720 E Tahquitz Canyon Way #234, Palm Springs CA 92262.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate the site:
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email, phone number, and the message you send us when you fill out a form on the site.
- Standard web logs. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referrer. We use these for security, diagnostics, and basic traffic analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above only to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you request, keep the site secure, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it to train public AI models, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Service providers
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site and handle form submissions — including Cloudflare (hosting, security, Turnstile bot protection), EFH Consulting LLC's client portal (contact form routing and storage), and standard email delivery services. These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described in this policy.
5. How we store and secure data
Contact form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored in a PostgreSQL database with row-level isolation by organization. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We keep audit logs of who accessed what.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a period afterward required by our record-keeping obligations. We delete personal information within 30 days of a verified deletion request. Billing and tax records are retained for the period required by law.
7. Your rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the following rights:
- Right to know. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Right to delete. You can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to limited legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you have the right either way.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not refuse service, charge you more, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised any of the rights above.
To exercise any of these rights, visit our Data Deletion Request page or email privacy@efhconsultinggroup.com.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
